5 things you can do to stay positive and keep moving forward!

  1. Look in the mirror and say enthusiastic affirmations like you believe it!
  2. Dress for success. If you feel good, you will do good!
  3. Make Goals that are achievable and break them down into small tasks that are easily manageable.
  4. Express your feelings in a healthy way. Don’t “stuff” them. If you can’t tell the person themselves, find a close friend or counselor to speak to.
  5. Self-care. It is very important to make sure you take care of you. This means, not only seeing the doctor regularly, it also means that you need regular exercise, a balanced diet and time for yourself. If you don’t take care of you, you will not be able to take care of responsibilities.
