- Make Goals that are achievable and break them down into small tasks that are easily manageable.
- Express your feelings in a healthy way. Don’t “stuff” them. If you can’t tell the person themselves, find a close friend or counselor to speak to.
- Self-care. It is very important to make sure you take care of you. This means, not only seeing the doctor regularly, it also means that you need regular exercise, a balanced diet and time for yourself. If you don’t take care of you, you will not be able to take care of responsibilities.
